Vacancy: senior transportplanner

Handico trucking has been active in deep-sea container trucking since the 1970s. We provide both national and international transport, mainly based out of Antwerp and Rotterdam. We are a young and dynamic organization and are looking to expand our team

In cooperation with the entire planning team you are responsible for:

1. Creating an optimal driver planning
2. Efficiently organize all transport requests
3. Pre-announce containers
4. Follow-up with drivers and anticipate to problems
5. Communication with customers and drivers

Your profile

1. You are accurate, assertive, stress-resistant and customer-oriented. Furthermore you have excellent communication skills
2. Able to work in stressful and fast changing circumstances
3. You are fluent in Dutch, English and French or German
4. You are an experienced transport planner. Knowledge of the container sector is a bonus.
