From this May we at Handico Trucking have started with the renewal of our fleet. We have switched from Renault to Scania trucks. The new powerful Scania R450 trucks provide an even better fuel consumption, which we can already see. Additionally they are all able to also fuel up with HVO fuel. This enables us to reduce our CO2 emissions.
Scania is renown for its high quality product, both engine wise and in comfort. Our drivers can confirm this already. Their cabins are a lot more spacious, provide more storage space, stationary air-conditioning and a very comfortable bed. All trucks are also equipped with state of the art safety features such as advanced emergency braking and adaptive cruise control.
We have signed a maintenance contract with BUGA in Hasselt. They will ensure the trucks will remain in top condition throughout their lifespan.
